Grace Montero comes to us from Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) where she served as a Career Readiness Manager supporting over 1000 undergraduates. In her role, Grace developed programs and resources to support students' professional development and career exploration as they attended over 31 colleges and universities nation-wide.

Prior to SEO, Grace worked at Harvard in the Division of Continuing Education as Assistant Director of Student Activities as well as the Program Coordinator for the Office of Diversity Education & Support (also known as the Harvard Foundation). She has also worked at Loyola University Chicago in support of women’s initiatives as well as DePaul University’s Career Management Center at the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

Grace holds a B.A. in Humanities from Union College where she was a Posse Foundation Scholar, and she earned an M.Ed. in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago.
