A benefit of being a graduate of Wellesley College is continued access to Career Education resources. Dedicated Alumnae Career Advisors and Industry Advisors are here to help you navigate your career journey, make meaningful connections, overcome obstacles, and celebrate success at every stage.
We offer one-on-one advising, resume and cover letter reviews, interview practice, professional development webinars, and advice on new trends that will impact your job search process. Our experienced staff can work with you to address whatever you are facing, including making a career pivot/change, advancing in your current career field, re-entering the workforce, or finding an “encore career” after retirement.
Connect using Handshake and The Wellesley Hive
Alumnae maintain lifelong access to Career Education technology platforms. Handshake is Wellesley's online platform for finding jobs/internships and making appointments with advisors. The Wellesley Hive is an interactive virtual space for professional networking and mentorship with other Wellesley alums and current students. For ease of use and security, your Wellesley username and password are required to log in to both platforms.
Wellesley MAP (Mentorship Affinity Program)
Wellesley MAP is an ongoing commitment to mentorship at Wellesley, which matches alums and students in virtual groups based on career interests and shared identities. The goal of this program is to create supportive mentorship connections that foster participants’ sense of belonging, identity development, values, exploration of possible career paths, and connectedness within the larger Wellesley community. Designed to support personal and professional development and growth, mentorship groups will provide opportunities to ask questions, seek guidance, share stories and resources, and offer informal networks for career development.

Princeton in Africa - expected direct application deadline
Eligible: seniors and recent graduates; U.S. citizenship NOT required.
A Princeton in Africa (PiAf) fellowship experience is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for personal and professional development and growth. It is often described as a way to get a foot in the door of the field of development on the African continent. It is also an opportunity to join a growing community of passionate PiAf alumni.

Princeton in Latin America - expected direct application deadline
Eligible: seniors and recent graduates of North American and Canadian universities (although some placements will not be available to individuals who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents); working knowledge of the target language (Spanish, Portuguese, or French) is necessary, as well as an academic grounding in the region's culture, history, economics, society, and politics and a sustained record of volunteerism and community service..
Princeton in Latin America matches partner NGO and multilateral organizations that are engaged in socially responsible development projects in Latin America and the Caribbean with highly qualified and motivated recent college graduates who are interested in year-long service fellowship opportunities throughout the region.

Michel David-Weill Scholarship for graduate study at Sciences Po - campus deadline
Eligible: graduating seniors in any field (including but especially Economics) who are U.S. citizens.
Named for Michel David-Weill, an alumnus of Sciences Po and former chairman of Lazard Frères investment bank, this scholarship provides an American student seeking to pursue a Masters degree at Sciences Po with a stipend of approximately $80,000 to cover the cost of attendance (tuition and living expenses) over the course of two years.
