If you are passionate about making a difference in the world and eager to help the United States government tackle complex issues, you may want to explore career opportunities in the federal government. From climate change to national security, highway safety to space exploration (and everything in between), the federal government offers a huge range of internship and job opportunities in every branch of government and in over 400 federal agencies.
A career in international affairs can be fueled by a passion to travel and a desire to learn about our global environment, effectuate change, and make a difference in the world. As an interdisciplinary field at Wellesley, the international affairs major exposes students to an array of perspectives and analytical methodologies that equip them to enter a workforce in a broad range of organizations and experiences. The work in international affairs can truly change the world; however, it is important to focus on the small steps that will maximize your success and lead you to a fruitful career in international affairs.

Named for Michel David-Weill, an alumnus of Sciences Po and former chairman of Lazard Frères investment bank, this scholarship provides an American student seeking to pursue a Masters degree at Sciences Po with a stipend of approximately $80,000 to cover the cost of attendance (tuition and living expenses) over the course of two years. The Truman Scholarship supports the graduate education and professional development of outstanding young people committed to public service leadership. This scholarship provides funding toward senior year and graduate school (up to $30,000) for juniors committed to careers in public service.
