Please note: Career Education has returned to its home on the fourth floor of Green Hall for the 2026-27 Academic Year!

Career Education has private interview rooms available for students to book for upcoming virtual interviews with employers. These rooms can be booked on weekdays between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm. Green Hall is not accessible to students outside of these hours. Availability for the 2026-27 academic year begins Monday, August 31, 2026, and ends on Friday, May 7, 2027. School holidays are excluded from availability. The spaces may be reserved for student virtual interviews only. In-person interviews with employers on campus are only organized through the On-Campus Interviewing Program and the Employer Engagement Team in Career Education.

These rooms are multi-function shared spaces, and therefore must be reserved through the process below:

• Make sure that you are logged into your Wellesley account, then visit our appointment calendars, listed below. Click on the time slot(s) that you would like to reserve.
  • Recruiting Room C
  • Recruiting Room D
• Please do not book a room for more than two hours per day. This will help us to ensure that space is available for all students to make use of this resource. If you need a room for longer, please email careereducation@wellesley.edu before booking additional time.
• You will be sent a confirmation email for your booking, and Career Education will receive an email as well.
• Please bring your own technology with you at the time of your reservation.
• When you arrive:
  • Please visit the front office desk of Green Hall 441 to be shown into the interview room space. Please also stop by the office to check out when you are finished.
